Found movie on 1up. Its indeed very very rare, much rarer than the normal press kit you see often. I think it was only send out to a few big USA gaming website.

1 went for about $230 on eBay the other week!! totally forgot about the auction and I literally got to the page with 15 seconds left couldn't think straight and didn't get my bid in
