I mean its factory sealed and ive also always kept it in another bag so as not to get it damaged when in the draw.

Ok,after having a look elsewhere for spirit tracks I realised that 40 quid probably wouldn't even cover the cost of the manual. I imagine i'll be priced out of the bidding war that edition will achieve.
