That's a great spot there and the editorial backs it up but concerned they don't mention the steel and it says 'the bonus content will all be inside the box like it may just be codes inside a standard game case...

Inside an outer box maybe? Like those thin cardboard boxes, that housed the standard game case plus the steelbook, such as for Fifa 12 Ultimate Edition from EB Games? xx

I want to be convinced LOL! but still not sure... on the main product page it says 'you'll receive inside the game box the Upper Echelon bonus...

I think the pic of the steelbook nmay be misleading and it's just the DLC bonus in UK..

No, it definitely includes the steelbook. It was also titled as including steelbook, until they added the new part saying it comes with the Upper Echelon, which is also what it says in the part with the steelbook image xx
