It comes with a DVD and an insert. I don't remember if the DVD works here in the states though. It might be region locked.

Region locked doesn't bother me as the steel is the important part to me. I would like to get the dvd and insert as well if that's ok though. Even if I can't use it I like having it as complete as possible

If its not region locked then that no official dvd. ANyway you could easily get it to work on a pc so the region lock thing is no big deal.

Well I have an american collectors edition of resident evil 5, but it came with a steelbook, tricell bag, africa pendant, and a small chris redfield figure. oh and a b.s.a.a. patch.

Yes that one's a decent CE imo but the one we're talking about is rare while the US CE is quite common, still nice but common.

Therefore the steelbook that is unique to that edition is quite hard to find and is more desirable and all that

Ah I see well i couldn't tell you then haven't really seen limited editions of other countries, but that chainsaw usb looks awesome!
