Got it from EBgames. I managed to grab it few days ago when they had back in stock online.

I think zavvi won't be shipping the CE internationally. The xbox version have a sign saying *shipping UK only

hmm... there may be two render steelbooks. One with black back, and the one with blue lightning font.

That is the final design of the raiden render steelbook. It was originally blue font based on 3D rendering image but the final version changed to the white lightning font.
