I had the UK Crystal Edition preordered from HMV UK and I just got a cancellation notice email.... I live in canada. I pre ordered this MONTHS ago, but they claim to not have enough stock/the item is discontinued....

I think that's bs.
anyone else have this trouble?

I have been in contact with customer service through a reply email so let's wait to see why mine was cancelled...

or does anyone know of another way to obtain this... it was an xmas/birthday gift from my wife that now seems to be no gift at all..

It seems the only way to get it is through ebay, I've got mine there, payed 110£ in the beginning of this month

yeah Im not sure if $200+ is worth it though when I would have paid $150....
and after seeing the posted pick of it on page 19, i almost burst into tears at work... SUCKS big time... I hope HMV customer service gets back to me soon with better news or at least explanation as to why i was allowed to order when they didnt have stock....

They may have oversold their initial volume and you happened to be on the back end of that pre-order list.

The German Crystal Edition is still available. Game is in English but texts on box, manual are in German only

I bit the bullet and ordered the german 360 crystal edition... i more wanted the extras than the game because I have two copies pre ordered here in NA... one is the collector's edition, and one is regular... but the UK version i got was PS3 and could be played on my system... xbox is region locked.

cost is 99 Euros.... killer 200 canadian... i wonder if my cousins in germany would want the game???
if anyone knows of where to get a ps3 version keep this thread going and I will check it every so often until release date... i could always cancel my german pre order
