As other's have suggested, you're best bet is to put it up on eBay, if you really need money to repair your Jeep you'll get more through that avenue anyway.

I understand the rules and it is a violation but what if someone was to offer price he paid, is that acceptable especially when so many on this site missed out, unless he is trying to make a profit

To be honest No, how can anyone sell an item they don't physically own yet? its madness whether its cost or for a profit, and im certain its not at cost

If you intend to sell to the highest bidder instead of passing your order to another member you might as well place the copy on ebay. You'll get more money there.
