So create a ticket. They'll ask you to rip it up; assuming the procedure is still the same.

In general the packagers are not good, so at some point support will tell you that a supervisor will oversee your order.

That doesn't really make a difference though. Support is however quite good, meaning they aren't that difficult to deal with.

I think I'll create a support ticket for the Fallout then and see what happens as I can live with the dishonored one

Sorry for the lithos, I'd make a case at treehouse, they helped me a lot with Dead Space Clamshell.

Interesting to hear my little litho cough*postcard*cough is unusual

I believe it is genuine as the seller seemed honest

Will have to find a pic of the other litho. Perhaps there were 2 possible lithos you could get?

And yes I will complain about the Fallout litho for sure as that's on the artwork which is far more frustrating

I did try to get extra posters but I lack a certain finesse and probably came across as greedy.

I did inform the devs that they have crazy fans in Europe and Australia and should hold events like this there as well

They handed out a special cover insert that they signed but I also got them to sign the standard cover insert as well

Not entirely sure it was worth the effort involved though but who needs sleep?

It's the spanish one that we were talking about a while back

It's a standard G1 steel unlike the Italian one which is a jumbo G1
