Red,

The one available on forbidden planet is worth the dig, it is the full art concept of all 3 games combined. I know that the Dev Clameshell includes some of the earlier concept art but most of it relates to Dead Space 3 thats why I believe this one is way more "complete". When I was on the site for the first time there was not much of information available and it was me who requested them to update and give the additional missing details. I ordered mine last week and If I am not wrong there is a signed print included as well by Patrick O'Keefe.
50? seems to be a standard price. I got the Halo 4 and the Art of Assassins Creed 3 for the same price. And in fairness, remembering the AC3 Art Book Scandal, they deliver quick and are very reliable.
Side note: Best packaging i had so far...but will confirm once i receive the rest, including a signed Mass Effect Crucible lithograph...a suivre

Ι don't think it's a different artbook.

Both Limited Artbooks, regarding their content, are the official Art of Dead Space books.

The Treehouse has 32 pages extra content. The Titan Ecxlusive doesn't say anything about extra pages.

Of course, the differences are related to packaging, plus the signed art print that Titan offers.
