Well at least we know now that if there is no unboxing it's not out. In a way I hated them but from this I will be looking at all CE in the future this way.

For what it's worth, on the WBGames forum, in the announcement thread they seem to think it's not just for Batmobile preorders but any purchase going by how they've worded it.

We will be providing everyone who purchases Batman: Arkham Knight with the New 52 skin pack, including Batman, Robin and Nightwing, free of charge.

But regardless, wtf? Some skins?
They can stick that, literally, worthless gesture right up their arse.

Y'know what would've convinced me to actually still buy the game?
A proper gesture, maybe produce more LE's because they made, I'm guessing, a lot of us miss out on that and then give us that and maybe a discount on it, or maybe even give us it at full price and throw in a little bonus item.

I had that Batmobile ordered since it first went up on Game and they think they can shaft me by leaving it so late to pull out and fix it with some skins, that, let's be honest, aren't even that useful in the game anyway? (I remember the other games, getting a skin, playing with them for maybe 5 mins then switching back to normal because none of them felt right, they felt too tacked-on and ill-fitting compared to the original ones.)

I know that sounds good but I highly doubt PayPal will do anything regardless of eBay's rules. For the most part if it has passed any policy time limit they are not going to help you.

was talking about law system of a particular country - '' if you sell something you gotta deliver it '' . there's no other way . making a refund is seller responsibility . but it can be pretty hard if not impossible for someone lets say in poland to sue somebody in the us over 200 bucks (not sure about international law rules , sadly forgot a lot from what i've learned in the past).
what im saying is paypal has to step up on this. recon they wont have much problem with getting their money back and they can bild up their trust big time. so refund buyers first , then take on the sellers.

i was getting at ''the mindset'' thing there . not pre-ordering to sell with profit , selling with profit because you've changed your mind and dont want it anymore.

Wow. Also got the email from Gamestop (ordered mine literally before they even had the words in the SKU, it was just a $250 item under the batman section) but Gamestop is doing absolutely nothing about it. Wish I had ordered it through Amazon now

I still have my LE through Amazon that I was planning on cancelling Friday, so I guess I'll keep that, but this is a really low blow and I don't know what part Rocksteady had in all this, but I feel bad for them if it was truly Triforce's fault seeing as how this was going to be their "grand finale" game, but now will be tainted somewhat by thousands of bitter collectors

Guess that explains why there were no press or early unboxing vids anywhere though!

I Was Going To Say They Should Produce More LE's As This Would/Could Possibly Fix Things With Customers. Of Course It Won't Help 100% But The LE Is No Longer Available And Those Who Wanted It Could Now Buy It. They're Losing Out On ALOT Of Money.
