Haha, I'm leaving it now anyway, I'm glad we've managed to explain our differences but nothing else can really be added now.

I'd like to thank Vlad and the others for this debate, at the end of day we will all choose to agree to disagree. It doesn't make one person right or another wrong, it doesn't make one person better than the other. You have an opinion and a way of living, and I have another. I will always be pro-profits and capitalism, but at the same time I do help my fellow man at times by donating to charity, helping out those in need, etc. I am sure Vlad and others do the very same thing in their communities as well.

Now I guess we better get back on the topic of Fallout 4. ;-)

I will say something, though as a point of fact... all retail selling is by definition selling something for more then they bought it for. Your local store does this.

That doesn't deal with the limited nature of things I know... but the limited part and people buying more 2 CEs instead of one is just something everyone has their opinion on (and there are points to both sides... though my personal opinion is on side is based more off emotion towards it instead of the actual realities of it (not talking about this discussion above, just in general)).

Capitalism is pretty immoral... that is a fact IMO (I know some of us Americans have a hard time saying or even seeing this as during the cold war there was propaganda that anything but Capitalism was evil and if you were any of those you were a traitor and a spy).

Truth is there is no good system... why you ask? Because the people who run it are fallible and inevitably corrupt (which in turn corrupt even a perfect system if such a thing could be thought up). Communism is actually a good theory, but as we have seen human nature abuses such a system from the top (and same goes for our system once you get most of the wealth in 1% of the populations hands like it is now).

It is all a crap shoot really guys. You have to make the best of whatever system you try to make your living in. Try to find the right balance for your sensibilities.

Just my half cent on social systems.

Lol... I can hear the marketing now: "You've played the game... now you can live it!"

My response: "Ahhh, no thanks. No. Really... please don't."

Oh resets will happen, no country/government/dynasty/kingdom/empire/ect last forever. They all crumble eventually and are reborn for better or worse through war and/or revolution. It is a fact of human civilization. Most people do not think of it though as it is hard to see past our own time here.

It could happen like Fallout though... you never know.

While I try to respect both sides of an opinion or argument, I only expect the next person, in this case Vlad, to also respect both sides. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, Vlad has his and is welcome to it, I don't think less of him because his way of thinking is at the far end of one spectrum and my belief is at the end of the spectrum, but would only expect the same courtesy in return which he demonstrated in his later posts. I don't know him, nor does he know me, but if I am looked down upon because I believe in capitalism and profits, so be it, I don't think any less of him if he wants to sell his stuff for what he paid to appease others more power to him.

When a person is young they are told to work hard and make something of themselves, to become successful, and with success should come reward. The problem is in society under the liberal way of thinking is success is bad and evil, that everyone should benefit off the backs of those who work hard to succeed. I don't subscribe to that philosophy. Just because I may work very hard doesn't mean the person who sits back and does nothing deserves the same amount of reward. How anyone can agree with that thinking is beyond baffling. It's a simply philosophy but some tend to skew it out of control.

Vlad had made the case of free university/schooling, free medication, free this, free that. What people don't seem to realize is there is no such thing as "free". Everyone pays for it via higher taxes and while one person may be just fine with paying higher taxes, others are not fine with it. Take into consideration healthcare, particular here in the USA. We now have a disaster called Obamacare, and the people were given all these false promises regarding how it would work. If it was so great, why aren't our politicians under Obamacare? They aren't. They all have specialized healthcare that is different from us "common" folks. That is the same as someone saying "Here drink this it's good for you" but when asked if those who are giving it out are drinking it, their answer is "No, we have something better". Now, for those who feel the plight of the common man, how is that above statement fair? What's good for me, isn't good for you? and vice versa?

At the end of the day bigger Government isn't the solution, it's the problem. It is unfortunate that politics and religion keep people separated. Politicians on both sides of the aisle want us all to live in fear, to have us fight amongst ourselves when they pretend to fight against each other, when in reality most of them are friends with one another and corrupt. Personally I am all for term limits on our senators, and supreme court judges, etc. If a President can only sit for four years and run one more time for another four years, that should apply to judges and senators as well. No lifetime of pay either, once they do their time, they go back to private life, no specialize healthcare for them either. Once this day comes, trust me, you will see our so called politicians who are doing this "for their country and society to help" jump ship very fast.

As another person pointed out, look at all the people who are selling items for above retail price on the for sale forums. Are they wrong in doing so? Absolutely not, more power to them. If people want to give everything away at their cost because it will make them feel good inside, that is fine, that is their CHOICE to do so. If others don't want to, and they want to sell for a profit, that is their CHOICE as well.
