You paid that kinda money for it in the first place! Man, you're crazy xx

Ask for refund, you have not receive the item yet and as such you are protected by papal, if they say not open case with paypal, will force the refund. They have no choice.

Sorry, it just really pisses me off. (I'm not calling you a cunt Ominous, it's just cunty behaviour)

Apologies to anyone who is offended by the word cunt xx
I only sell for profit if something I bought has surprising increased in value.

Also I don't have 5 of these lying around like some other sellers.

I just bought this a while back, paid for it (considerably more while it wasn't in stock, not for 500GBP though lol) and now needs to pay about the same price for a lot of rare zelda nes games.

I hope my behavior doesn't sound too Cuntish now lol.

Also gurpswoo1 I bought this a WHILE back from a seller who sold a lot of these with a very high feedback rating, I don't think even with paypal you cancel "pre-orders" from a long time back from people who guarantee delivery.

Yeah, you don't sound cuntish now just like you rushed into a purchase haha

I don't even know what eBay's policy is on preorders, tbh I don't think they should be allowed (not that I don't want them to be, I mean I think they might go against the rules?) as by the time the game is released the 40 days have passed, preventing you from opening a case (if they screw you over) or am I wrong? xx

As a member who used to buy and sell on eBay I can say you certainly have this option.

The choice is yours in the end, if you don't ask you don't get.

If he has multiple copies and Zavvi decide like many otherthey will only supply one copy, he will be deep crap. It's not like there is no demand for it anyway.

Worst still if zavvi do the usual thing and send in a jiffy bag and it arrive dented, ripped sealed, even small imperfections. No buyer is going to be happy paying that kind of money for imperfections. It's the risk of selling pre-orders without backup stock.

How gutted will the seller be if on release day he only recieves one or even worse, tonnes of battered beyond belief ones

He's probably ecstatic right now with all the profit he's making but if Zavvi only ship one, or only damaged ones, he is gonna be one screwed seller xx

Not really, because once the 45 days has passed eBay can't really do a lot, if the guys is an honest trader he will refund, but then again he may not

Its an ebay seller with A LOT of feedback, positive too, so most likely its a respectable company or one seller who knows what he is doing.

I don't think I can ask for a refund due to ebays and the companys policy, so thats kind of out of the question.

Also does zavvi really do that? Thats horrible if they do!

Zavvi cancel orders if it's a rare item and people have preordered high quantities, as they don't want to encourage people buying to sell on for profit, so yeah, they do do it. IF it's happened to the seller, he should know already (if he's checked his account since, that is).

And yeah, they ship in the worst possible ways at times, I've been lucky everytime so far, so I really hope this is not the one that they fuck for me :/ xx
