That's who I assumed they were referring to as well. That's a lot of money to invest to make maybe $100.00 to $200.00. Though I assume they get a better deal on fees than me.

Yeah, definitely on the fees.
Also, they probably might get a better deal on both pricing (maybe) and shipping for sure, since a lot of the CE he/she sells are EU exclusives.

Its such a joke when our closest neighbour are doing better in the classification system that is very similar to us.

Long live Australia for having 5 elderly to do the rating and 4 of them are elderly women. Worst of all none of them play games.
