Unfortunately this user is pretty sporadic in their postings, they do deliver it's just that you cannot rely on a quick reply.

I have suggested previously that if you have paid him before just send him 1p or 1 cent via paypal and that acts as a 'hey - I'm trying to contact you' - but to be honest he won't have LoU2 codes, would have posted about them by now.
