yeah it sucks, strangely though I'm not angry for some reason. I think its because the damage is so immense I'm still finding it funny... the anger will follow I assure you.

I've complained to Ubisoft and UPS and will see what happens and I'll post pics after work for everyone to chuckle at

Reminds me of when I got my Tomb Raider Collectors Edition from Amazon with the address label stuck on the cello wrap!! Was so bad I also just found it really relaly funny....

I mean kudos to UPS that must have taken all night of stomping on it and throwing it around to get to that point

Somehow they literally flattened a dvd case

There must have been a massive amount of weight placed directly on top it for the edges to break in that fashion
