I just got my Connor the Hunter statue from Ozgameshop and the bow was broken off
They have usually been very good in terms of packaging but this is probably the biggest thing i've bought from them and it came in a box that was about 5-6cm too short and had a strip of cardboard and tape over top to cover the gap, and the actual statue box was wrapped in tissue paper. Has anyone had anything similar happen dealing with them?

Been away for a few days and a Join or Die from Grainger with crushed playing cards in a small jiffy bag along with an xbox game with crushed playing cards and a broken game case was not so good to come home too

Grainger games are one of if not the worst retailers in the UK imo, they not only ship delicate items in bags but they lie aswell.

I said a few times since joining this forum, they are to be avoided like the Plague. They will ask you to return the goods at YOUR expense and that they will refund your for this expense but they wont.

Yeah, that incident was my first and last order with them, the customer service guy that i was emailing told me they sent a cheque to me, LMAO a cheque?

once bookdepository refused to give me a voucher and just sent me a cheque and when i received it ..it was like 14€ i tried to deposit and the taxes for a outside check was 13.50€ loool the lady asked me if i wanted the 0.50€ in deposit or money...lool i just ripped the cheque lool
