The price of the German edition isn't exactly exuberant, wonder what customs' reason is?
Luckily our threshold for customs here is to the limit of AU$1000 before we get his with tax/fees. And the only other reason for customs to withhold items is maybe due to illegality??

Btw, exactly what wood is the Keg made of? Hopefully it's just pine before there may be "illegal" wood that's not permitted to be imported to certain countries!?

No the german one came no issues. I am waiting on the keg edition. That tracking info i posted really did not say anything to make me worry just was not sure what it meant exactly.

Keg weight is 2,6kg and size of box 30x30x30cm (12inch), material made from is I think spruce or pine

Length befour unrolling:17,5cm
Length after unrolling:40cm

He says that it works and zooms quite good,but picture is blurred.He also mentions that the top of it is in hide look-a-like material,that it's quite heavy and that the overall quality is pretty good.

He won it in a competition.All of the winners got their telescopes few days ago so it's possible that some of them will sell them on allegro.

No keg was a little more, 129$ before shipping, but still no reason to have a customs fee. I hope there are no issues with it.
