My two Polish "Edycje Kolekcjonerskie" arrived yesterday (after 2 weeks), one for a friend and one to keep by myself (no. 563)... and I've bad news:

1.) They just taped the two boxes together (and wrapped the whole package in plastic) and there was no sign of any sleeves (or should I call it banderoles?) around the boxes. I e-mailed ultima.pl about this and this was the answer:

Hi,

no no, everything is fine. Every single copy of the game we recived from cenega poland is in a white box without any sleeves. Maybe they had only one for a tv but we have over 100 copies and we don’t have any sleeves on it Smutek

2.) You can't activate it if you don't have an IP belonging to the designated market area, e.g. Poland, Slovakia, Czech and some other Eastern Europe (a Hungarian proxy will work, too); this is clearly against EU law...

3.) You can't install from the beginning on or choose via steam's "properties"-menu any other language then English, Polish or Czech (and subtitles aren't configurable independently, too - an English installation will result in english subtitles and so on). Sad for all of us Germans who wanted to listen to the original synchronization.

seems like you have to unlock and play it via proxy. that´s why I canceled this edition.
