Does anyone know how long it takes for Ubisoft/uplay store to response?

My shipment has been sent back to them and I have yet to get any reply from them after 3 days already. Sigh.....

I messaged them several days ago about my Guillotine order and still no reply. Fuck ubisoft.

Yeah fuck ubisoft. I ordered the steelbook edition of the game from US Ubisoft store and it still hasn't been shipped yet... The game has been released for more than one week and my game is still not shipped. The only answer from them is still "We don't know what's going on either" and my credit card has been charged.

If it makes you feel better I'm still waiting on a few orders as well since I haven't received any of the FC Steels yet. I'm giving them til today before I chase them down though.

Exactly the opposite with me. They shipped the Guillotine 8 days ago, but still haven't charged my credit card. And the DHL site says the tracking ID doesn't exist.

Why do companies like these keep getting away with stuff like that? Oh yeah, because of us. Yay for masochism. We all knew this was coming.

Thanks for the info. I don't really mind if the steelbooks arrive late, but if the game doesn't arrive I can't play it...
