The full shipment of 5,000 is actually three shipments. The first two are at port and unloading and are scheduled to hit our warehouse tomorrow and Friday. This means there's a very remote chance some will go out Friday. More than likely, though, Monday the 28th is when things will finally kick off.... Most of the orders will ship Monday and Tuesday.

The third shipment got held up in customs for some reason. I was told it looked like it would probably get checked in Tuesday, so the last orders should be able to be shipped Wednesday/Thursday next week without much overall delay.

I was hoping for some early shipments given what we were told to expect, but "not delayed" is probably a win considering all the moving pieces at play here.

Will the shipments be sent out on a first in, first served basis? Basically those that got their orders in first will theirs get shipped first?`

Essentially, yes. But not with exact mathematical rigidity.... And also note that the order in which they ship is not the same as counting from the low numbers to the high numbers. Chaos is inherent in the system.

This is a better question to ask directly of customer service, because they're the ones that will actually do whatever you might need done, and so know the full story better.

If you've already bought a copy with the game and would like to change your mind, they can potentially help you out with that.

If you've noticed that, after things sold out, we suddenly have a copy available with a game but you don't actually want the game, that's going to end up biting us. We had to order a fixed number of games ahead of time, so now we've got them on order and paid for. Since we can't sell the game by itself, if we move the inventory split around now to accommodate that we'll have to eat the full cost of the game.... So I haven't heard if we have an official policy on this yet, but if you try to do it, you'll either be told no or you'll have to sleep at night knowing we lost a good deal of money on your order.
