With his last Days Gone sale, Merch decided to be as irresponsible as he could. We made a deal and I bought 3 influencers kits, 3 regular ones and 3 merch packs (bear, lanyard, cap, steelbook etc). Now he is saying that merch packs were a gift and refuses to refund me for this. What should I do?

I understand that Merch is upset because he sold all of this to me for 1870€ and he later sold one VIP kit on Ebay for 800€ but the deal is the deal and you always have to honor it.
Funny thing is that first I just wanted to buy regular PK + Survival Kit which he confirmed. But as soon as I wrote to him, he suddenly ran out of Survival Kits. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I always deal "first in first out". I hold items only for some special people and you are not one of them.
And you again forgot to wrote that I said I maybe will get more survival kits in future and this happened now! Send the items back if you are so unhappy with it!! And stop being a troll
