Well, they do not mention something about it being exclusive. Weither on their homepage, nor in the newsletter I got today. So I guess the only thing that is exclusive to them is the banner.
Also the Austrian uncut version is just the normal PEGI Version. I also just looked at their forum but even there it is not stated that this edition is exclusive to them.
