I still don't understand the controversy over that bust... compared to what is in most of our games it is PG at most.

Hmmm I can understand US outcry about it but surprised there was as much European outcry as there was

Europe is usually far less puritanical about this sort of thing at least imo

At least for the most part the general media has accepted that violence in VG's doesn't magically translate to violence in real life

It was the name more then the gore "Zombie Bait" as to mock the saying "Jail Bait" (an underage good looking girl).

That was the outcry but it was just a stupid saying.

Hmm... It's not like I totally hate it. But I won't deny I find it distasteful, as the torso is clearly a mix of horror and porn... And in the back of my mind I can't shake the idea of violence against women. It's just disturbing for me. But maybe that's just me, so never mind

No it was offensive to others too... but it wasn't violence against women. The women in the statue is a dead zombie, and the "joke" was that it was now bait for zombies which was a pun on the saying "Jail Bait" (this is why they made the bust a "sexy-ish" bust).

I agree it is sort of in poor taste but nothing worth getting worked up over, but we need to give the person his thread back now.

I don't think Sand was doing this at all... but i HATE when people get offended over things that are not really important or just becasue they are taking it the wrong way.

My old man does this all the time... some people always need to be a victim of something someone else does or says.
