At least for GAME UK, it states it is for UK only. Don't think it's to do with the weight though.

Yeah, but I won't do the german releases, only the UK ones if its not US. Thanks for the heads up though!

It's exactly the same version. Identical packaging with multi5 text on the box and all rating logos for all european rating borders (USK, PEGI, the russian (?)).

tl;dr -> No difference at all.

That's how Nintendo of Europe handles their Limited Editions.
