I ordered online for store pick up and received an email with the code. Maybe Best Buy did not give the GCU discount because this is a digital game

I can hear something sliding around in my box. Haven't opened it yet. I assume it is a code card as I didn't receive an email with the code (not that I need the code, but I figured I could give it away at some point).

Has anyone else had success in getting the Gamers Club Unlocked discount applied? I emailed Customer support and the response was that I should have received the discount and to call customer support to have it applied to my order. I'm not sure why the CSR who responded to my email couldn't do it.
