Was the collector's edition steelbook never sold seperately?

Yep, I did the same. Truth be told, I completely forgot Amazon were selling them separately.

It's not sold separately in NA region. I got mine from ebay for $30. Some people may sell it cheap.

The funny thing is that what I bought (I guess it's from Poland) also had a bar-code sticker on it, but it's not that adhesive so I could peel it off easily.

Hmm weird. Some versions of this steelbook have the ps4 logo on the front and some don't.

Does anyone know which regions get which?

European one has PS4 logo on and North American version is plain from what I understand

Yes, the EU steelbooks have the PS4 logo. Atleast the spine is now the same. Usually the EU ones have the title of the game in arial font like on the spine, which looked terrible in comparison.

Best way I've found to remove stickers from steelbooks is to peel off as much of the sticker as possible with your fingers. Then wet a cloth with really hot water, and rub the cloth slowly over the sticker residue. Usually gets the job done.

Warmth helps remove stickers - I usually leave a case on the Sky box (or something else warm) before trying
