The collector's edition of the game includes a DVD with cinematics, interviews and a making-of segment, an Art of Warcraft coffee table book, 4 limited-edition lithographs, a signed manual and a soundtrack.

Blizzard made this game in 2 versions: at first the big box version and later the small DVD size version. They do not come one inside the other
The content inside both versions is the same

It did, I have it back home in South Africa, so maybe it was for PAL regions. The one I had was the standard edition.
