my English isn't the best, but I read that you think there are two Steelbooks for Darkness 2.

No, there are no two steelbooks. There is only the Steelbook from Austria.
When you pre order in France, you will get the Steelbook as bonus, or you buy it from Austria (gamesonlay.at) and you get only Steelbook with included game.

and only Gamesonly.at have the rights to sell the Steelbook.
It is Limited to 8000 pieces!!!

I have read that it is an exclusive gamesonly.at steelbok. The publisher Take 2 give the rights to Gamesonly.at
Don't know about Asian Steelbook but in Europe it must be only this one.

I don't think that this is an exclusive gamesonly.at steelbook as you will also get one when you pre-oder the game at Gamestop.de or game.fr too

The Asian steelbook looks indeed a little bit different...and it wouldn't be something new if there are more than one steelbook available.

If I'm right there is minimum purchase of steelbooks. So maybe all these store have 8000 available that wouldn't be limited at all.

Here they say, all 8000 Austria Steelbooks are for gamesonly.at.
I bet there are more for each country.

seems that it might exclusive to Gamesonly.at but only in Austria. The news is also very old. So maybe the publisher changed its mind.

I'm more wondering about the name "Steelbook Edition" It sounds like a proper edition and not only a pre-order steelbook give away. So maybe that's the difference. All other countries will "only" get the steelbook as a pre-order bonus and Gamesonly.at will get the steelbook packed in a proper Edition :/

Asia preorders include steelbook + lenticular sleeve which is slightly different for Europe/US.




Now those idiots just need to confirm what the steelbook looks like instead of this fucking teaser pic.

From all the News post and information, like Ayiu said, It looks likely that the Gamesonly.at version is a proper release with the contents maybe factory sealed inside.

All the other looks like a separate pre-order bonus,

I am comparing it to the German Rage Steelbook, then again I could be completely wrong.

I have contacted Gamesonly.at, hopefully the come back to me with some good news.
