I never meant to downplay the Crystal Edition, I just think it's overpriced at this moment in time. In the end, it is the most extensive edition there is for this game, even if the difference isn't grand.

I know, i was just trying to state the differences between them.
I actually like the US CE, if I could I probably would buy it, but right now its not possible.

I've spent a lot of money on games this month, reached the limit of my credit card and I don't want to be worrying about not having any money for an emergency. So my plans right now is stop buying games until July, pay my debt save some money, and then start getting what I might miss in the process!

I know what you mean. I sell a lot of stuff, but I also buy way too much stuff that "I'm going to sell". As you can imagine, I don't always sell it.

I'm in the process of buying a limited edition European Automotive Color PS2 Console, and I promised myself that would be my last big purchase for awhile, but as we speak I'm looking to bid on a lot of games on eBay.

See you in the poor house, bro.

Not true at all, the PS3 version [or a PS3 game from any region for that matter] will work on all PS3 consoles. And the RRP for either version were not similar at all, not that close at all actually.

I was referring to the Xbox 360 version. Everyone knows the PS3 has no region locking; the 360 does sometimes and sometimes not.

As for the retail prices, I don't know what you're talking about. When you could get any of the versions in stores they were all priced the same as anything else. Standard editions for $50-60, Collectors for $10-20 more, etc. I was talking about new inflated third party prices.

There's no Crystal Edition for North America though, so what I said before doesn't really apply anyways.

Don't tell me you bought something from him... you won't see your money back, mate!

Just kidding, his lazy ass is probably too tired of his new work. He'll reply. I'll drop him a message.
