In order to save time I have to mention 2 things: 1) you HAVE to get the game with it, no exceptions. 2) the games ARE region locked. And that's about it :p

Excellent question! I'd have to weight game and steel in the shipping box. In any case it'd cost between $11 and $21 but most likely $21.
