it's a nice console..but most rumors point to a next gen launch supposedly named 'XBOX NEXT" for Fall 2013...i would wait it out..for the inevitable price drops...it's expensive right now...i mean 6 months later..u can easily still find the star wars console..so save ur money

I contacted GAME and they told me that no such ?5 offer for the controllers bought alongside the console exists. They said that ?5 is the deposit amount for one of the controllers, so yeah - I think they worded it badly to you, and/or you misheard them.

The sales description act will be useless for you since there's nothing in writing from them to suggest this offer, sorry xx

Picked one up, haha. Would have definitely waited had my financial situation been tight, but I haven't spent too much lately.
You're right though, it will most likely drop in price.... I'm just not the most patient person around!
