It was given from nintendo to a retailer shops here in italy to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the stores and also the release of ocarina of time 3D. it contains only the Polo

@Sergio Dias: I guess there are less than 400 copies of that "gift".. The person which gave me that one told me that only certain people received it, and it's an exclusive for Italy.. I don't know if it never hit eBay in the past months..
