Well at least now I don't have to worry about missing out on the zavvi exclusive due to package going missing.

My record with zavvi for CE is 0/3 received. Not a single CE reached me. All got lost and the replacements also lost. It's just ridiculous. Everything else I buy from all over the world reaches me except for zavvi items. Makes me wonder if they even send them out.

That sounds really terribad! Never heard of so much misfortune.
I've had a number of terrible service from GAME.UK but never "lost" any items from them.

GAME.co.uk, as ell as Amazon are the ones to give me the best service. A lot of people complain about GAME. I can't complain too much though. Amazon is number one for me though, by (really) far.

Zavvi on the other hand sucks large and I do have reason to complain about them but since their prices are usually good I'm always ordering from them lol.

Deal with it people, we have been screwed by Konami but Zavvi didn't do a proper job notifying buyers either. I lost all the hype I had about the exclusive 4000 units limited edition and all that crap.

I think everyone in Singapore gets their items lost when ordering from zavvi. They use some company called MHI to ship the items then it's passed to a local company called WMG.

I'm just curious if you guys in other countries get your items from zavvi lost. If so, then it could be workers from MHI stealing the items. If this problem is isolated to Singapore, then it's probably WMG staff stealing them. It's almost always the big packages that go missing. DVDs, books and standard games all arrived safely for me. I suspect the workers supplement their income by stealing CE and selling them off.

Wow this is bad, I have never had anything lost in post from Zavvi but have certainly had items arrived damaged by them. Pretty poor in the respect.

I have had a lot of items shipped to me from all over the world. All have arrived safely. Even the items I shipped out have all been received pretty quick. So I would think our postal system is pretty reliable.

It's only items from zavvi that don't arrive. And many people here have the same issue from thehut and zavvi. So the problem is either with them or the cheap courier company they use.

haha actually is zavvi and the hut, but both are the same parent company so it isnt surprising such things happen.

last time when they charge 2.49 pounds for shipping, it was k cos it was send here directly by royal mail.

but every since they give free shipping or 0.99 pounds now, it become so bad until we lodge complaint also useless.

when we order huge item like, ce/le/watch/wallet/tshirt also gone, ask for replacement then sometime it came, sometime it doesn't

but item that is sold out fast, then we always need to find backup in case it lost and no replacement can be made

I've had a jumper never turn up, I ordered it from theHut, which is the cousin of Zavvi. I got an immediate refund from them, but that's the worse that's happened to me from Zavvi/theHut.
