HMV are certainly not the greatest, they send flat posters for example in regular envelopes so they arrive nice and messed up.

Even when you raise this issue and they dispatch a new order, it comes yet again the same way...real thick company.

Apparently HMV are making the transition to a new warehouse / distribution centre, which is why they've been using temporary packaging methods and orders have been arriving late etc. They're apparently supposed to be back up and running as normal soon though!

It's because of this disruption that they opted to send this particular CE via next-day YODEL. I believe YODEL requires items to be wrapped in these grey mail bags, but some retailers believe that this is sufficient. Maybe for a pair of jeans or a cushion, but certainly not an expensive Collector's Edition video game! This is the mistake Zavvi made too many times, and why they allegedly no longer use them.

Risen 2 : Tavern Pirate Edition (Keg) was intended for a 10th Aug release date for both consoles, i notice the status has changed on the site to "Premiere" which means its available now....has anyone had any email saying there's has been shipped from Ultima.pl yet?

I didn't

Edit: within my account it states the Order Is "Executed" for people with experience ordering there can you confirm if that means its shipped? confusing as fook.

If it's moved from the top section of your orders (Zamówienia w trakcie realizacji) down to the bottom section (Zamówienia wysłane) then it's been shipped and from what others have said on this thread shipping seems to take around 2 weeks.

I just placed an order there myself yesterday and it's showing as shipped today
