You will see a lot of Hong Kong exclusives even in the next gen as both MS & Sony have their sights on China which has a huge potential for them. People are very wealthy nd buy almost anything. This is also the reason why they release all their hardware and games here before anywhere else.

Consoles are officially banned in China and if the ban is dropped this year you we see loads of special editions being made for that markets.

Really doubt it since we getting the "smaller" ce but...you never know.

It is very unlikely at this point that anywhere but the US and Asia will be getting the PPE

That being said as it was originally only to be released in the US, the publishers aren't keeping true to their word

Considering the original annoucements were interpreted by all involved that PPE would be exclusive to gamestop US, it was pure logic to assume it was exclusive to the US

It came across that way as at the time as it wasn't planned for Asia but they never said it was US only AFAIK.

Hype for this game just went up further after seeing that latest trailer. It's looking pretty damn epic. Kinda reminds me a bit of The Walking Dead (the TV show) to be honest.

Agree with the last few posts. CE's are not an investment, they are just videogames. If you're buying these things in hopes of cashing in some day and making loads of money, you're kidding yourself. This is all just material shit that'll be worth nothing in a few years time (with the exception of a few). Same reason why I hardly keep anything sealed (and why I don't buy many CE's, unless its for a game or franchise I really love).

Getting upset coz you find a CE in the bargain bin a year later is silly. Think of it this way, you've enjoyed the game for the past year. If you wait for the game to drop in price, then you have to wait a year to play it. I'm happy to pay the premium to enjoy the game now. If you wait for it to drop down to bargain bin prices and you're buying these things in hopes they may increase in value over time, then its not exactly valuable if its in the bargain bin, is it? The comparison to standard games was perfect, exactly what I was thinking when reading some of these posts.
