Wow. Thats really suck
I got mine in perfect condition. Figure was really good protected, so i wonder what caused this crack. Also its polystone, not plastic so i think this might happen

Wow, I still cannot believe how far down the CC went after the first batch of statues that i got.

Must have gotten overwhelmed with all the orders.

Talked to EB store > "we don't have anymore" > contacted CDPR who put me through to Namco > Namco put me back to EB > EB said send it back and we'll try to source you a new one

That is a lie tho. I checked their website, PC and PS4 version still available.

No, it's not a lie. The EB store that I called, as in the store I got it from, they don't have anymore (PC CE). In fact, there aren't any left in my state at all (NSW). You can see this if you click 'Find in store' on the EB site next to the product.

They sent me a postage label to print off and ship back to them free of charge

I really should open my statue and give it a check lol. I only took out the game and everything is still nice in the box.

EB HQ in Queensland has stock. <<<< The place Namco put me in touch with via a specific phone number

EB stores in other states have stock <<<< I am not in any of these states

PC <<<< What I have, not PS4

Which part of this are you having trouble with?

No worries mate no one is gonna scorn on this. I've seen multiple issue with the statue itself. I've seen one that have Geralt's left completely broken off the griffin and the sword broke lol.

Hopefully they can get a replacement for you
