haha actually is zavvi and the hut, but both are the same parent company so it isnt surprising such things happen.

last time when they charge 2.49 pounds for shipping, it was k cos it was send here directly by royal mail.

but every since they give free shipping or 0.99 pounds now, it become so bad until we lodge complaint also useless.

when we order huge item like, ce/le/watch/wallet/tshirt also gone, ask for replacement then sometime it came, sometime it doesn't

but item that is sold out fast, then we always need to find backup in case it lost and no replacement can be made

Looks like I won't be cancelling my order with Zavvi, because the numbers are low enough =D

But, now I am even more worried about it coming damaged, since it is a cardboard box now I am guessing.
