got my xbox one CE today , feeling so happy.

Here is my broken statue. I am not surprised that WB Games has not replied to my inquiry for a replacement. This is the third time for me that they have given terrible customer service. Fortunately I feel confident that I can repair it myself.

I did receive a replacement statue! It is in perfect condition. I retract my comment about their poor customer service. I am very pleased with how this was handled. The only issue is that the online form I sent was ignored, and after waiting 10 days I had to call WB Games to get this resolved.

I got mine replaced too, it came earlier today. It's much better. I can't spot any issues with it.
