It's likely because it's not USK certified game which means the game was either banned or restricted in content. The US/CA will be uncut.

^ Agreed, one of the best edition of last year.

I recently got these, Order 3 of the persona 3, but all came damaged, this one is close to mint (rip to seal), but the others two were smash and have been sent back for a replacement.

They are numbered on the front of the box on a sticker ive got a sealed PS3 one number: 3901
