Yep my thoughts as well

My guess is that half of these, 4 of 8 will be up on ebay being sold internationally within a month of the end of the auctions, maybe 6 weeks

Pity the charity won't get that extra money

Although I think someone mentioned the seller might be thinking of allowing international shipping on some of the later boxes so that would change things greatly

if i could afford it..and it was international shipping..i would of paid $1,000 max to have it..i was expecting it to go for around the $1,000 to $1,200 mark actually,..undervalued at $550 or so.

I really don't think there is a huge number of AC collectors in Australia although I guess that's more a gut feeling than anything tangible.

I think these would easily have hit above the 1000 dollar make if it was a domestic only auction in the US or France

Both countries have large numbers of AC collectors, Germany is another one that seems to be populated with them

i know your feeling vhal, i'm stuck saving for a mortgage in the next 2 months so i don't have $600 to spare, if my bike sells before xmas i might take a shot at one but i doubt it will...

That's about 616 AUD, although you would have to into account some fee for exchanging it

Anybody know what paypal's usual fee for this sort of thing is?
