No there's no number on Fortune Hunter Edition.

I got the wristband from eBay. It should be from E3 or some other gaming event.

It hasn't arrived yet... Postal office can be very inefficient sometime... I should arrive in another week or two. Will definitely post another update when it arrives!

I got only the faceplate. Asked a friend to get it for me from Japan. Cost ~$70

Btw I'm not rich enough to purchase a PS4 every time I want to get a faceplate from Japan lol
