Anyone got the Joel and Ellie statue in hand? Would like to know what the paint job is like in hand as I've just watched a youtube vid on it, and I wasn't impressed at all. Just like I expected, looks like the same shitty paintjob Triforce did on their crappy Max Payne statue. I'm hoping in-hand it looks better as I wanted one, but after seeing the vid I really don't think it's worth anywhere near the $148 EB are charging for it here. It's a shame because the sculpt actually looks pretty good from what I can see, it's just the paint apps that let it down. Maybe Sideshow will do a Premium Format of these guys one day...now that I would love

I don't have the statue, but there s no way you can compare it to the max Payne one... The statue for TLOU actually do resemble the characters in-game.

haha yeah that Max statue was pretty horrible, but yeah I was referring to the paint job in my post. I mentioned the sculpt is actually pretty good (on the Joel & Ellie statue), it's just the paint job that looks crappy and resembles the crappy paintjob on the Max statue, from what I saw. Might look better in real life, hence why I asked if someone has it.
