I purchased the prints directly from Janice Chu, the artist who made them. You can contact her via Twitter directly.

The promo bag includes a bag, something like a small notepad (not sure because I didn't open it, it's on the second pic, the small white thing), and the sticker.

The sticker is for the whole PS4.

So it is Janice Chu.. I saw one of her artwork at Gallery Nucleus when they collaborated with Naughty Dog. She has a really nice cute style

Yeah I like her art style a lot.

My favorite TLoU print isn't hers though, it's the clicker print from SDCC last year
