Batman: Arkham Knight

OK so three weeks later anyone uncover any facts about what really happened to Batmobile edition? What sucks is that it would have been the only real sharp replica of the Arkham Knight vehicle to date.

Only AK batmobiles out their right now I found is Hot Wheels "elite" which is kinda a joke if it is considered a serious replica. Absent some sort of future release of the model (i.e. on DCU store or whatever) I suppose that puts us waiting for someone like Sideshow\Hot Toys to do a really cool rendition of it like they did for the Dark Knight tumblers and Keaton's wheels from the 80's movie. While Sideshow IMHO is certainly amongst the top few model/figure producer perhaps in the world, buying their items is a quick route to bankruptcy for most. I just bought some of their Dino collection because my boy and I think they are just so freakin' cool and am waiting for wife to kick my A$$ when she sees bank stmt.

Anyway back to my original question... does anyone know anything more about what really happened to the batmobile?

Just found the $20 code Amazon sent for canceling the Batmobile edition can only be applied to the purchase of the Arkham Knight game...

Yeah, but you could use it on the AK LE right? So $80 for the LE isn't that bad for what you get with it.

Amazon EU is much better

Yeah at the last second they realized they couldn't sell it becuase it was a piece of shit, and although the limited edition statue isnt terrible, if thats any indication of what the batmobile was made out of then it was a pos.
