I don't know about the first item, but as far as the guides,

soft cover GOTY guide unless it's sealed is like $15-20. sealed would be $25-30

GOTY CE guide sealed: $100-200(seen one sell for like 180+15 shipping, so I'm putting 200 for the high end)
GOTY CE guide used with map: $80-125
GOTY CE guide used without map: $40-60

And I have never ever seen this platinum cardboard sleeve before. Any idea if this is a Germany thing only or something like that?

I am more in need of information than value to be honest. I really never seen that cardboard sleeve before.

Wel the question is, are they selling the normal platinum version ( without sleeve), or the one with the sleeve I linked?

If yes, I wonder why the platinum german version would have this sleeve and others country did not.
