I've just received that email too, despite going to the bank yesterday and seeing that they have in fact taken the payment.

Why is there no fucking phone number to phone them?! ARGHHH! xx

Same here, tried different credit cards, keep getting the same email every time "payment problem". Tried phoning, but no human response, just get a recorded message.

i think zavvi have absolutely maxed out their stock allowance it was the only site that had it up for pre-order constantly

i googled for ages could not find a contact number 8(

ARGH! Well I just received my copy of the US version of the wizards edition, and it's in great condition so I shouldn't be complaining. However, $30 for shipping, and the UPS guy wanted an extra $46.54 upon delivery!! WTF! Almost paid double for this thing.

For anyone hit with similar charges, call and complain to UPS. I complained a good few minutes about how I was paying basically double for a 99 dollar item. I finally asked if they could wave the "brokerage fee" or at least bring it down a little. The guy said he would check, came back and said they could take $16.54 off of it. Not much but at least a small victory.
