Amazon UK is still being a pain in the ass, and locking this from US shipping. They also have Child of Light LE and both LE version of Xillia 2 locked from US shipping. It's starting to make me wonder if it's just their weird pre-order nonsense, or if they are reverting to not sending games to the US again--but only doing it with new releases? I honestly have no idea what they're up to.

Hope that's not the case -- really have been enjoying ordering things from on there lately (minus the horrible packaging experience I had with the AC figure). Sometimes if you change the shipping methods (2-day vs. 3-day etc.) back and forth it fixes some problems (particularly with prime shipping items), but not sure if its locking out at that point or earlier/later for you

Whenever I run into this issue with them and excluding US shipping, it's right after I choose a shipping address. At that point I get redirected to the page with the big red "fuck you, not happening" explanation for each item. lol

Still nothing on the US front, but did just find out that Target in the US has these available right now - you can pick them up for "pre-ordering" the game for $1 (or just pick them up for $1 and never return for the game as I intend on doing).




I was also told by a GS friend of mine that they would be receiving Keychains, but I do not know if they are the same ones or not.

Also not related to the CE, but Nintendo just announced that if you Register the new Mario Kart 8 by July 31st will get a free download code for a choice of:
New Super Mario Bros U, The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD, Pikmin 3, or Wii Party U.

Yeah we get that promo in the UK too! ^^ We get extra games though, such as Monster Hunter, Sonic Lost Worlds, Wonderful 101, Nintendoland, Game and Wario, just to name a few! ^^

Amazon.de just announced a steelbook for Mario Kart 8. Same price as "normal" version.

Darn! Now I'll have to go and try to find one of these months from now without the game since I'm already picking one up to actually play over here Amazon.de seems to be getting quite a few "exclusive" Steels as of late too.
