Also on topic, after seeing my brother get that CE I'm really sad that it wasn't for a game I was remotely interested in - that thing is REALLY nice in my opinion... plus I don't have a wooden box CE yet Maybe they'll make another for a series I buy?

I wish I had the screws. I'd just attempt to re-attach the latch while waiting for Bethesda to get back to me with what they're going to do about this. It seems like this is a common issue. I've only seen 1 or 2 unboxings where the screws are actually intact. Every other one either the screws were missing entirely, or they popped off as soon as you opened it. I think at best they owe people an explanation and new cases with hinges and clasps that properly work. It makes me not want to open the thing at all.
