Oh goody! Nothing I like better than a customs charge! But usually a customs charge comes when it enters the destination country and you pay the company that would deliver it?(Royal Mail/ParcelForce?)

Taxes can be divided and added to us...

So there's no prob about this email answer...is totally normal.

Even more if the package comes from a so far away country like Brazil...

They just are avoiding drugs, etc...

They will check the content and mark a fee price that will be send to you, then you decide ir you agree to pay it ir not...

I am thinking to refuse to pay it then. It should never of gone to Brazil in the first place.
