After collecting for a year or two I think I pretty much figured out which CE releases are going to depreciate and which ones will appreciate....

In general, shooters almost always plummet in value after release.

Seriously, I hope it is limited, unlike those pesky responsibility prestige version is still floating a call, they still shop for the £ 99.99 at HMV, they havent sold any in months.

Does anyone know if there is a version out there that came with a second disc, ie. bonus disc, soundtrack, making of, etc?

All these editions seem to be 1 disc only (game disc).

This never actually crossed my mind but now that somebody mentions it, it does seem odd that I don't think any edition came with a second disc.

Normal - No
Steelbook - No
Limited - No
Epic - No

Unless I've completely missed something.
